Loyalty Point 사용을 위해 생성한 모든 프로그램 목록을 조회하기 위한 API입니다. 전체 목록 중 특정 조건을 만족하는 프로그램을 조회하기 위해 Query 파라미터 항목을 활용할 수 있습니다.
