사이드 체인에서 사용할 DEOA(Delegated EOA) 계정을 생성합니다. 별도 사용자 데이터베이스가 존재하는 경우 해당 데이터베이스에서의 사용자 식별자와 DEOA를 userKey값으로 연결할 수 있습니다.

대상 사이드 체인 환경의 ID.

DEOA에 맵핑하고자 하는 외부 사용자 식별자. 전체 환경내에서 유일하게 식별되는 값이어야 합니다. 별도로 관리할 사용자 체계가 없는 경우 UUID 등 랜덤한 값을 생성하여 사용할 수 있습니다.
