프로그램 ID로 프로그램 상세 정보를 조회할 수 있는 API입니다. 생성한 Trace 프로그램의 name, planType, contractAddress, 생성일자 등을 조회할 수 있습니다.

조회하고자 하는 Trace 프로그램 ID. 19자리 숫자 형식입니다. 콘솔에서 해당 프로그램 상세 화면에 진입하였을때의 URL에서 traceProgramId에 해당하는 부분을 ID로 사용합니다.
