포인트 사용처리(차감) 요청의 전체 또는 일부 금액을 취소하기 위한 API입니다. 포인트 사용 처리 요청 발생시 사용한 orderIdentifier를 입력하여 해당 건의 차감 금액 전체 또는 일부를 차감 취소합니다.
