블록의 Number 값과 지정한 블록 내 트랜잭션의 index 값을 입력하여 해당 index에 해당하는 트랜잭션의 정보를 조회합니다.

다음 파라미터들을 타입에 맞게 배열로 입력합니다.

1. blockNumber: 조회하고자 하는 블록의 Number값을 문자열 형식으로 입력합니다.

2. index : 조회하고자 하는 트랜잭션의 블록 내 index 값을 hex 형식의 문자열로 입력합니다.
